Raw – Blueberry – Rhubarb – Cake
soak 2 cups of almonds and one cup of sunflower seeds over night, blend it in a food processor, add 7 dates and 1/4 cup of coconut oil, should become a sticky dough. press in a round cake form, make a thick bottom and a thick border as well.
soak 1/2 cup of cashews for 2 hours, cut 4.5 cups of rhubarb, put 1/2 cub aside, take 1 cup of blueberries, put 1/2 cup of it aside. In a food processor blend 2 bananas and the rinsed cashews first, add 4 cups of rhubarb, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of coconut oil and 3 dates. When you got a creamy texture stop blending , add the well cut rhubarb (1/2 cup) and the blueberries (1/2 cup), stir and fill in the cake form. Have it chill in the fridge for about 4 hours, decorate with blueberries.
